CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrants who cancel, in writing, prior to June 28, 2026, may receive a full refund minus the $25 cancellation processing fee. Applicants who cancel on or after June 28th will receive no refund, regardless of cause, as we have already committed your attendance to the hotel. Cancellations must be received in writing to NYAPT | 1764 Route 9 / P.O. Box 356 l Clifton Park, NY 12065 or email membership@nyapt.org.
