Effective organizations need both strong leadership and solid management—but the two are not the same. This interactive workshop explores the key differences between leading people and managing tasks, and why successful professionals must develop skills in both areas. Participants will examine how leadership focuses on vision, influence, and motivation, while management emphasizes planning, organization, and execution.

Instructor: Nicole Dolce, NYSED Master Instructor, Transportation Director at Herricks School District and author of "Speaking School Bus".

The fee structure is as follows:

NYAPT Members:  $99.00

NYAPT Non-Members: $125.00
