1:00 - 4:00 - Maximizing School Transportation Aid - An Operations Perspective - Jay O'Connor - Questar BOCES:  Maximizing transportation aid is critically important to every school district in order to get all the funding available to operate a safe and efficient program.   Attend this workshop and learn ways to maximize your aid, what is aidable and what is not.  Learn and understand the non-allowable pupil decimal and why it is important to your aid calculation.
