NYAPT is incorporated in the State of New York as a non-profit corporation. NYAPT has received a Letter of Determination from the I.R.S. determining that NYAPT is a §501.c.6 non-profit corporation in the state of New York.

Our membership has adopted a complete set of by-laws which govern the work of our organization and the Board of Directors. CLICK HERE to view a copy of our association by-laws.

The NYAPT Board of Directors conducts its business and affairs in quarterly meetings of the Board of Directors and the committees of the association. In the course of its business, the board will adopt a policy resolution that applies to all aspects of the association until such time as it is amended or repealed by action of the board.
